ManagerSal.com Privacy Policy
ManagerSal.com is SERIOUS about your privacy and keeping your business information private. We will never share, rent, abuse, data mine, or sell your contact information or any information that you store in ManagerSal.com
Information we collect from you
ManagerSal.com needs your contact and business information to work properly. That includes your email address, logo, telephone, and mailing address. We will use your contact information to contact you about ManagerSal.com related matters, but will never share your contact information with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law. You will receive messages from ManagerSal.com itself and authorized domains (such as our MailChimp.com mailing list account) which you can always opt out of.
Your browser sends web pages your IP address and some browser identification. ManagerSal may log this info from computers that fill out our forms, which we may use somehow in the future for troubleshooting.
Information that you collect using our service
ManagerSal.com works by organizing your company information, such as your customers, your event info, your services, payments, and more. This is proprietary business information, and we will treat it that way. No ManagerSal.com user or visitor can ever see another user’s information without their login email and password. ManagerSal.com will never use, abuse, share, sell, or rent your business information for any reason unless required by law (which has never happened and we hope to keep it that way).
ManagerSal.com does not collect credit card information. All of our payments are done through a third party (currently PayPal, SquareUp and Stripe) so we do not store any credit card information in our databses.
All of your ManagerSal.com pages are private except for the Client Information Pages, the Subcontractor Information Pages, and the calendar feeds, which must be publicly viewable. Clients and Subcontractors do not need to be logged in to ManagerSal.com to view those pages (that would be terribly confusing). Therefore, each of those pages are generated with a string of random characters such as “9625yqps1755h9” so they cannot be easily guessed by other customers or subcontractors. If someone tries to “brute-force” guess one of your info pages it will be frozen until you log in and unfreeze it.
ManagerSal.com stores a cookie for your browser session to keep you logged into the site. The cookie does not track or collect any information.
Information from you that we do use
We do aggregate information to give us snapshots of how ManagerSal.com is being used, however there is no way that any of that data can be attributed to any particular person, business or event. For example, we aggregate the number of total users and check total disk space and other server metrics. Additionally, we may aggregate the total usage to report back to you how many events in total the ManagerSal.com community has booked, and how much money as a whole we’ve managed.
Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide ManagerSal.com access to the following types of your Google data, our use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
ManagerSal.com will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
ManagerSal.com will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
ManagerSal.com will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for ManagerSal.com internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
Google API Services Disclosure
ManagerSal.com's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Site is not intended for users under the age of 18, nor does ManagerSal.com knowingly collect or retain information from children under the age of 18.
Changes to this Privacy Policy

Any such revisions will be effective on the date of posting to the site, and will apply to all information collected by ManagerSal.com both prior to and following the effective date. Your use of the site following any such revisions will be deemed your acceptance of such revisions.
